The compact inductive sensor system DTD consists of a probe with a slide-bearing guided plunger and a controller connected to each other with a 3 m long cable. The controller has a diameter of only 18 mm, allowing for installation even in confined spaces. The DTD sensor system utilizes the established LVDT measurement method. It impresses with exceptional precision, providing high signal stability and resolutions down to the micrometer range. Thanks to its high temperature stability, resistance to shock and vibration, and insensitivity to dirt, the induSENSOR DTD is well-suited for industrial measurement tasks. Modern fieldbuses such as Ethernet, PROFINET, or EtherCAT are supported through optionally available interface modules.
