This loud, explosion-proof electromechanical signal horn produces a typical horn tone and is certified for use in gas and dust hazardous areas (zones 1, 2, 21, 22). It features a flame-proof enclosure, a terminal connection chamber designed for increased safety, and a robust, glass-fibre-reinforced plastic housing. With a protection degree of IP 66 and a maximum sound output of 105 dB (A) at 1 meter, it operates at protection class II without the need for equipotential bonding. An optional model includes an integrated telephone-call current relay.
